Ingredients:
- 1 8-ounce package fat-free cream cheese
- 1 16-ounce can fat-free refried beans
- 1 pound lean ground beef, browned
- 1 16-ounce jar salsa
- 1 8-ounce package two-percent shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
- Spread the cream cheese on the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan.
- Spread the refried beans to form the next layer.
- Sprinkle the ground beef to form the third layer.
- Pour the salsa over the ground beef to form the fourth layer.
- Sprinkle the cheese on top.
