Diabetes Friendly Dessert Recipe - Chocolate Pudding Cake

Ingredients:

  • 2 boxes sugar-free chocolate instant pudding
  • 4 ounces fat-free whipped topping
  • 1 angel food cake

Directions:

  1. Break cake into bite-size pieces and place in a 9 x 13 pan.
  2. Prepare pudding according to directions and pour evenly over the cake pieces.
  3. Allow to set until semi-firm (about 30 minutes).
  4. Swirl the whipped topping through the cake-pudding mixture.
  5. Allow to chill at least two hours before serving.
